Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

When you create a Bunny Business account we collect your name, email address, phone number and the business details you provide during onboarding (business name, address, GST/PAN, documents you upload).

When you operate your business on the platform we store the data you create: vehicles, bookings, customer records, maintenance logs and financial figures.

2. How we use it

Your data is used to run the platform for you — showing your fleet to travellers, processing bookings and generating your reports.

Aggregated, anonymised usage data may be used to improve the product. We do not sell your business data or your customers' personal data to third parties.

3. Storage & security

Data is stored in Bunny's PostgreSQL infrastructure. Access is authenticated with per-account tokens, and every business's data is isolated so only your account can access it.

Payment processing is handled by Razorpay; Bunny never stores your customers' card details.

4. Your rights

You can export your data at any time from the dashboard and request deletion of your account by contacting support. Deletion removes your business profile and personal data; anonymised financial aggregates may be retained where the law requires it.
