Terms of Service

1. The agreement

These terms govern your use of the Bunny Business platform — the provider dashboard, APIs and listing of your fleet in the Bunny traveller app. By creating a business account you agree to them on behalf of your business.

2. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings, the legality and roadworthiness of your vehicles, holding valid insurance and permits, and honouring the bookings you accept.

You must keep your account credentials secure. Actions taken through your account are treated as yours.

3. Bookings & payments

Bookings created through the Bunny traveller app are agreements between you and the customer; Bunny provides the platform and payment processing. A commission applies only to app-originated bookings and is always shown before you accept.

There is no subscription fee. Commission is deducted from the relevant booking's payout and is refundable only as described in the Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the platform to list vehicles you don't have the right to rent, to collect customer data for purposes unrelated to rentals, or to attempt to access other businesses' data.

5. Termination

You can close your account at any time. Bunny may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable. On closure you may export your data for 30 days.

6. Liability

The platform is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bunny's liability is limited to the commission fees paid to Bunny in the twelve months preceding a claim.
